Just Cozy

This review is for the White Oaks Mall location, but there isnt even a review page for it, so here I am. Just Cozy refused to accept an exchange for the proper size despite having the receipt and the tags. (though they were pulled off) When I bought the leggings, the return/exchange policy wasnt communicated to me whatsoever, but when I tried to exchange them, the associate refused because the tags were not fastened onto the leggings! This is ridiculous; Ive been able to exchange for the sizes at different stores with the tags removed yet still holding onto the original tags! Also, there is no fitting room to even try them on and the leggings themselves look like they can stretch. The sizes for small clearly say 00-6, but as a legit size 6, these leggings do not fit. Will not shop here again and recommend that others look elsewhere for leggings.

Hmm...the tights r so warm and comfortable, there's a scarf there that's so cute and soft. I love the quality of the clothes. Ngl, I felt like cx service was a bit dry but it's whatever. I'm regularly a medium and got a M/L and it fits

A very bad Cx service Experience today. Me and my husband went to return an item as we didn't know their return policy. She said ok we can only exchange and I can't do it today abd tonorrow as store is busy due to Black Friday. My husband told her that we have a flight tonoworrow if she can. And she said ok I can do it for you but now now as I have to deal with Cxs and at this point My husband said I think I am a Cx either. But shr refused to help and started shouting that you are not patient and I cant help you. She created a non sense scene there. We honestly have a flight tomorrow so we just neglected her behavior and picked the item for exchange waited in the line again and this time she started shouting I have told you I cant help you Bcs I have to help Cxs and at this point I asked her politely that we are Cx too and we understand that they are not doing exchanges today but we are asking for a favor but she started shouting once again and asked ys to leave the store otherwise she will call security and that was an insult. I mentioned her that there are only 2 Cxs in line and she is insulting her but she kept shouting on us. It was the worst Cx Service experience I ever had. There were only 2 Cxs in line and we were asking just for a favor but her body language was telling that she is dealing with high anxiety. I dont k ow why was she so anxious? Horrible experience.

The prices are pretty good, but the selection is not. The staff were mostly dismissive of me while I was buying Christmas presents, choosing to only bother with me when I was ready to make a purchase. I might have bought more if someone had helped me.
