        So peaceful and quiet. Whalley Lake has to be the most traveled by boats. Never a ripple unless canoes go by.

        Loved it. Stayed at cousins cottage on east side of lake. Great swimming, other cottages were fairly quiet and respectful. Minimal insects (late August) Only there for 2 1/2 days so didn't get into town at all, can't speak to local amenities but great spot for vacation at cottage, several available to rent in the area.
