As a single mother and a first time home buyer, I was leery of pushy real estate agents. I started working with Bonnie and quickly realized I found what I needed. She was a huge resource to me, explaining the current market, things to watch for, warning signs and what to expect in the offer/buying process all before I even found the right place. Bonnie actually listened to the things that were important to me, and helped sort out my must-haves by showing me lots of examples so I could figure things out. In the end she found me a great place that was everything I was looking for. I knew she was a busy lady because she has a lot of listings and clients, but she was always on it, always available, always willing to make it work. Bonnie is very easy going, with a great attitude, lots of experienced, and her approach made it very clear she was focused on finding me the right place, and making sure I were comfortable throughout the process. Our cottage buying experience was great because of John and Bonnie. They were very professional, with speedy replies, making a difficult situation easy. We had searched all over, and when we found the perfect cottage, we had less than 24 hours for the whole process. And Finchams met the deadline and we succeeded in becoming owners of our dream property. Highly recommend.
