Thanks for keeping drive clear from the snow plows... Canadian winters throw snow, ice, freezing rain etc. Always nice to have the lain cleared against the elements so we can get to the office

This is our second year with him, last year his service wasnt bad, hoped it would be a bit better this year but it was far from it. Almost all of our neighbours use him as well but for some reason hes managed to miss our driveway on 3 seperate occasions. When he does manage to plow our driveway the worker doesnt plow the full width of our driveway even though we have the markers in place that his guys installed while it was still warm. He left about two feet of snow on each side of our driveway which made it difficult to get our cars out so we had to plow it ourselves. The thing that actually made us write the review besides all that is this last snow fall/freezing rain put a solid layer of ice down on our driveway and then snowed a couple inches on top of the ice so we couldnt get out of the house. All of our neighbours driveways got plowed but ours, no note or voicemail or anything to say if he was going to do it or when. Our driveway has a big slant so I could understand if his tractor wouldnt be able to get up it, but the fact that he didnt contact us was ridiculous. We had to shovel all the snow and then salt the ice after two days because the driveway was too slick. All in all its been a horrible experience, after multiple calls and emails he still hasnt responded. Never going with him again, a lot of my neighbours also have grievances with him about timeliness and that was an issue with us as well but we were able to overlook that. 1/5 stars

This winter was the second contract. The first went poor, but hoped that by talking to them, it will get better. This winter was a nightmare. After plowing only 50% of the agreed (and paid) area, we sent a message for the driver to come back and finish the job. Driver returned and dug about 1 foot deep in the driveway and threw dirt everywhere. Still cleaning the mess. On the second big snow, driver showed up only after 4 hours, our cars being parked on the street. Any message sent to Cameron remained unanswered. I will never contact this business again. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Sorry I can't give - (minus) 5 stars
