        Myself and my husband have been clients of CIBC for 38 years and just a few months at this branch. Even though this location is far from where we live, I kept the business here because I started a very good relationship with our financial advisor Zhen Dong . When he was away I dealt with the manager Dennis Jannetta, who is very efficient, professional, accommodating and he got us an excellent interest rate for our RRSP investment. Even though we had not have the opportunity to meet them in person yet, they both have excellent customer service, patience, flexibility and effective listening. Thank you Zhen and Dennis for your great business, you certainly deserve the five star review. Keep up the great work!

        Absolutely no services at CIBC. If I could give zero stars I would. Unble to order cash. No humans available to order cash, no humans to answer the phone when you call this branch. Terrible Terrible service. All CIBC cares about is its profits.

        calling CIBC is so hard. I have to waste 5 minutes getting to someone that will help me set up an appointment. Then I request a credit card which is never sent to me, then I have to come back to the bank to request a new one.
