Dr. Roberta Osak

I had a wonderful experience with the birth of my daughter 8 years ago so I've returned for my current pregnancy. Dr. Osak is very kind, informative and comforting.

I just like to share a incident that just happened to me now. I had an appointment to see Dr Osak today May 1st at 1:30 p.m. after a four-month wait and unfortunately I went to the old address at 4610 Highway 7 in Woodbridge. Apparently I was never told that she had moved to a new location in Maple when my appointment was confirmed. I did take a day off work for this appointment in which I lost a day pay. The receptionist who I called immediately to tell her that I won't be able to make my appointment to the new location, wasn't even able to reschedule another appointment today, because she has to talk to the doctor????. I thought that's what a receptionist job is to schedule appointments for the doctor and to inform all patients of any address change. I won't be going back to this Gynecologist....VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
