Zecko is an absolute gem! Referred by a family member, which was ironic because he treated me like family through the entire process of purchasing my very first property which was a pre-construction. I was pretty anxious about the big decision and it was daunting trying to find the the right person amongst a sea of realtors who really had my best interest at heart. He was so personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommended if youre looking for a realtor with integrity, someone who values their clients over their commission. So glad we crossed paths!

Working with Zecko was by far the easiest experience Ive had with a realtor. He sent me updates frequently, new listings, and useful information on mortgages. In person, he was great with time and planning the best viewing schedules. If I could rate 10 stars, I would!

I was looking to buy something pre-construction and didnt know where to even start Zecko completely changed my experience because things can become overwhelming rather quickly. He made sure to keep us in the loop of the entire process and walked us through everything! Definitely recommending him to all my friends and family.
