I'm surprised to read these 100% all 5 stars reviews. Especially in light of our far from 5 starts experience with Roi Kliger and his wife. Roi Kliger either lied or reflected a poor knowledge of the market while presenting us a mostly low to middle class neighbourhood as a high middle-class neighbourhood, thus driving up his asking price well above the average market price. His wife, who is a schoolteacher, was doing the same while offering me her unsolicited advice re schools in the area, claiming them to all be the same, while everybody knows this is not so, as there is an abundance of external and internal rankings and reviews available to the general public, clubs, extracurricular activities etc. which reflect the difference between each school. While gently pointing out Roi Kliger his inaccuracies, he aggressively insisted otherwise, while manipulating every shred of fact and evidence presented to him and, ignoring the fact that I actually come from a high middle-class background and that my husband knows construction, so we know what we're talking about. Moreover, our false evasive answers to his highly personal and intrusive questions had resurfaced all over our neighbourhood, our children's schools, shopping areas and so on. His wife then oddly told everyone she knows I don't know geography. Go figure. Bottom line, he has either poor knowledge of the market or lack of respect for his clients and their privacy.P.S I have used apple's hide-my-email email address, but I still get emails to it. Please take it under your consideration.

When we decided to sell our house, my preferred choice was to work with Roi. I know him for many years, so it wasn't a surprise how kind, how honest and how committed he is. But he managed to surprise me with the bredth and depth of his knowledge about everything real estate. From the master photography to a compelling listing, from pricing to closing, from handling our outcry to changes in the market to offering help in errands even after closing... Roi has it all. A pro to hire and a mensch to admire. Buy or sell, you can't go wrong with him.

Roi was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and insightful. We had a delicate situation with us living abroad and our house having renters which required extra care. Roi handled everything with care and we couldnt be happier.
