First of all from a person who hates shopping for a house Gianni made it a lot more pleasant to say the least. When looking for houses he knew the market very well, when a house was undervalued to entice more traffic or overvalued during a bidding war, hes very good at estimating the final sale price of listings. He helped us tremendously and reduced our time being wasted. Updated us with new listings everyday and covered the areas we were requesting. He made himself available and worked with us during the buying of our new house and selling of our existing house. Very professional, honest, straight to the point, great advice, incredibly knowledgeable to say the least, great customer service, on time, he works with you and looks out for your best interests. He made our old house look enticing and sold it for a great price , educated us and gave us options on how we wanted to show and sell. Now we have a great new house with an awesome piece of land, very happy. I would highly recommend him hands down, hes my realtor for life and this is coming from a person who hates shopping for houses. Great to work with very happy with him.
