Dr. Benissa was absolutely wonderful!! He was so patient and kind towards caring for my mom. He was on top of everything she needed. Thanks to him my mom received timely care. His staff was also very helpful throughout, especially Allen! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

I was in shock, pain and couldnt breathe well when my friends brought me in the other day. I have a complex medical history and all my information is written on my phone. They took the information down but gave me medication I can NOT have that says so specifically on my phone. I didnt realize until later. Overall, nurses and doctor were very unhelpful, not reassuring and made some potentially life threatening decisions on my behalf. They also never asked or knew my name, or did any registration work...so my doctor will not see these reports. Terrible care. Avoid this hospital for emergencies.

Arrived @6:00am to Markdale Emerg with my daughter in extreme pain. No one else was waiting to see the Dr. @7:30am asked how much longer until my daughter will see a Dr. Office staff informed me that a Dr won't be in until at least 8:00am! Why didn't the Office Staff inform me of this @6:00am, I would have gone to Alliston Emerg! 2.5 hrs later my daughter is still in pain waiting to see a Dr!! Next time just going to Alliston Emerg, don't waste your time @ Markdale apparently they have no Dr.'s on staff!!!

I brought my gf here with a sore throat, she was having trouble breathing and coughing up blood. After waiting for a whole hour just to see TRIAGE, even after informing the lady at the front desk of her difficulty breathing and discomfort; we overheard there was one nurse and one doctor who was new. Would have gotten better care staying at home using google remedies. This excuse for a hospital needs new management or may aswell close their doors.

They misdiagnosed me twice And then when I asked for a second opinion they told me I don't need one and refused to send me to another hospital amateurs
