Writing a review cause Im upset at this nail salon. I only come here cause their prices are affordable. Probably will not be coming back. First time I went the lady Evelyn did my nails and my nail were pretty thin. She went over my skin several times to the point where I had to pull back cause it hurt. Not only that, my gel nails last for about a week!! And broke and chipped off. Ive never had an instance where my gel nails broke that fast. I told them about it and they were nice enough to accommodate for the broken nails. Second. My mom booked an appointment through her number. They werent picking up so I called through my number. They picked up my moms call and said I can come in 30 mins. They then called my number cause it was a missed called for them. And told me they are fully booked. My issue is how would they know these two numbers we called on is the same person trying to get a hold of them? The same person Evelyn said I called you back to say that were fully booked and I said did you call my moms number or my number? (To confirm if she knew who she was calling cause she called my number) Cause you cant ASSUME both these numbers are the same person THAT IS MY ISSUE. I dont think she understood what I was saying that you cant assume two different numbers are the same person. Didnt even say sorry. This is the second time Ive dealt with Evelyn. Dont know if she the owner or a worker but you guys need to figure out a way to be more professional.

I super recommend this nail salon. Love how accurate they will draw the design from what you show to them. Good gel quality and amazing service! Would come back for sure!

Very overpriced. 75$ for a simple shellac pedicure with average quality and nothing special to it. Not worth it at all.
