Sleep Country

There was only one store associate in the store when I was there. He was dealing with another customer, so I decided that I could wait. I looked around at pillows and was trying to see if I could make a decision on my own. More than 10 minutes passed and no other associates were there to help. The one store associate didn't acknowledge me. In retail, I totally understand it can be very hard at times when working alone. It can be completely dead and then all of a sudden busy. But how hard is it to take a moment and greet the customer and let them know that you'll be with them as soon as possible? In the end, I walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had just started to survey cost, brand and quality of mattresses in different stores. Accordingly, with no intention to yet make a decision to buy, we entered this store to check out mattresses. The Sales person, Mr Mohammed Islam impressed us with his courteous behavior, customer friendly attitude and knowledge and we bought the mattresses and pillows from him. He is very honest and gives the right opinion and makes us feel that he is one of us advicng of pros n cons of various brands. He is flexible with pricing and works arround your target price. Very happy to buy through this thorough gentleman Mohammad Islam!

Bought 2 pillows(BOGO) there on Good Friday. Pillows are very smelly after took out from the box. Cannot use it as headache after the strong smell. Took the pillows out under sunshine for 2 days and still strong smell.

Very good experience with James who helped us find our new pillows. He was nice and not pushy at all which i appreciated, and there was a nice discount as well!

I will definitely recommend this store to all of my Friends and families who would like to get the adjustable base . As dons suggestion, I purchased the malouf bases - split king ( two XL twin bases.)with my choice of Serta icomfot mattress . I really cant sleep well in my previous mattress .at least I will wake up two or three times . But this mattress just bring me to the deep sleep . I enjoy the zero gravity function when I try to rest myself . I can also read books or use my laptop by lifting up the base of the head area. The malouf APP is amazing !you can also voice control your bases. Before the delivery date , Gemma and GUO called me to remind me the schedule. On the delivery date , sleep country Brampton branch will call to let you know the time slot ! Even after sales , they are still following up with me . I will give 5 starts to all of you . Thanks again for Don, Gemma , and GUO for the support ! This is the best team i meet so far !
