I never knew that behaviours and patterns can be shifted or changed so easily. The technique that Adele teaches for us to do so, is so simple and short, that anyone can use it and cause transformation in their lives. Because of repatterning, I have been offered more opportunities as my skill level and confidence has increased and made me much more aware of what I'm capable of. Just try it, you'll be amazed!

I'm so grateful for Adele my behavioral coach. She. is the 1st person who made me realize that my physical sensation determined what I did or did not do in my life and how much of my life is controlled by this. She helped me to stop judging myself and how to get rid of behavioural patterns that were no longer serving me! I am so relieved I connected with this kind soul who is helping me to do the work I must do to be able to show up in a way that I and the world need me to.
