Phantom Cables

Phenomenal people to do business with. My father has been ordering through their regular consumer retail site InfiniteCables for years and constantly praises how awesome they are to deal with. Was in the market for a whole new CCTV setup and ran into a couple of questions about their white labelled Phantom IP cameras/recorders and compatibility with the existing Uniview products they are rebranded from. E-mailed their sales line with my questions and had a friendly answer just an hour and a half later. Stephen who replied to my inquiry said it was his understanding they are fully cross compatible, but instead of simply leaving it at that they decided to actually test it in house to make sure it all worked. 50 minutes after that I got a confirmation that the Phantom-branded NVR is recognized and added by the original Uniview app exactly as the original units do. Follow-up questions were answered quickly and clearly as well. The level of customer care here is fantastic and has absolutely earned my repeat business. As for the rest of the website/products, definitely the same boat as the CS. Immense selection of in-stock inventory for pretty much anything cable-related and adjacent you can think of. Pricing is competitive, and everything just feels 'honest'. For example, I was also picking up a handful of Ultra High Speed HDMI cables (48Gbps) and was happy to see two separate listings for identical cables - one with the official HDMI testing certification stickers, and one without for a few dollars less. It's fantastic to see that kind of transparency where customers can decide for themselves whether they want to pay the extra cost for the certification, or just get the exact same product and save the sticker cost.
