I had an exceptional experience at this Maxx car rental. I was helped by Paul who was professional, informative, and easy to talk to. He made the experience easy and efficient. If you're looking for a 8 to 12 passenger van rental I highly recommend this Maxx Car Rental location -- I'll be going back to them for my next rental!

First they tried to give us a van that had two bald front tires. Not just worn down but smooth on the shoulders in the middle of winter. Then there was the van beside it with a flat front left tire. This company had a used tire with about half tread delivered to the office and the shop in the back changed it off the rim. For the whole trip the TPMS tire pressure warning lights were on but it wasnt the pressures that were low. The vans instrument cluster said it was a left front sensor issue. I had to constantly check the tires the whole time we had the truck (almost 2 weeks). Not to mention the spare tire had to be kept inside the van as the spare tire holder was broken which they knew about but only said they knew about it when I called them to say I couldnt put the spare under the vehicle. We could have used that space for luggage but couldnt. The van was dirty. The cargo area was covered in oil from the jack thats in the back. I had to clean it or all our bags would have been oily. I had to put the spare tire in a bag because it had oil on it. The seats look like there is permanent dirt ground into it like it was used to transport construction workers all day everyday. They may change the oil regularly but the vans are not maintained well by evidence of the tires and the wipers that smeared the glass. Try TURO for van rentals and you will get a better price and because its someones vehicle, it will probably be better maintained. I would NOT recommend renting from here. All the reviews saying well maintained or clean cars were from 2 years ago when they were new. Their fleet has not aged well.
