R.I.P. to my first car with a proper amplifier and subwoofer upgrade from here. The sales person there at the time, uhhhhhh 2018?, was helpful and friendly. He didnt push too much on sales which was thoughtful of him and was considerate of the budget I had. Him and a friend of his got my sound system rocking, which I still have, just not in the same car, collecting dust.

If I can give no star I would, This "Tam" owner is a terrible person in customer services, he will make promises and not delivered, he will try to passed the bucket and not take any responsibilities for his own mistakes. If you are a new customer, I would highly advise you to take your business somewhere else there is tons of good audio place out there and that's what I did, where they will treat with respect and own up their own mistakes. Shop at your own risk.
