This place deserves zero stars. One of the worst experience I have ever encountered as a Rogers customer. I walked into the store on Boxing Day and Individual that works at the store came to us. First of all I dont know how he has the job at a Rogers store when he has zero customer services skills. I told him I spoke on Rogers chat they approved me for a new phone I would like to activate a new line. Before I could even finish my sentence he was like go to a corporate store. I was actually really confused into why he said that because the Rogers chat told me that this store had an iPhone 13 pro max available. Then I continued to explain that they sent me here why he cant activate this line for us. He there on went on saying this is corporate issue go to a corporate store. As a long time Rogers customer I felt like this location is very racist to coloured skin. He just didnt want to help us. They had no phones out and they said they have no phones here. That Individual does not deserve this job where his whole purpose is to help people. This is honestly ridiculous and will complain to higher officials.
