Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. While we were waiting for our order, we tried their limited edition coffee at the coffee bar where we enjoyed pleasant conversations with the staff. Thank you especially Giovanni and Lawrence for your assistance. Looking forward to returning soon

I went to the store in hopes of buying a machine and the pods that come with it, and I had a very bad interaction with the sales representative. I came into the store having an idea of what I wanted but was unsure and ready to ask questions, and when I asked my questions, she gave me very clipped answers and sounded annoyed. She continued to rush me and pressured me to make choices. I understand they probably have a quota, but it deters customers from making purchases when they rush customers and act passive-aggressively. I felt upset and did not end up making a purchase due to my bad experience (and I do not think I will be making a future purchase ever). I work in customer service and understand that there are bad days. Still, I would expect to be treated with respect- and looking at other reviews, I can see a trend with how frequently other customers are being faced with the same treatment (but it might not be taken seriously if this treatment is still happening).
