We asked Mastermind Solutions Inc. to undertake three distinct tasks for us. Firstly, given the early phase of our business, we were keen to have professional help to assist us with our positioning and branding, and Neville was instrumental in helping to identify what really set us apart. Secondly, Mastermind assisted one of our first out of country clients in developing a business plan for a very unique product and service; that plan was critical in the process for not only understanding what it would take to launch into Canada, but in gaining local funding at the same time. Finally, we required some pricing research for another client in order to help us launch into the Canadian market. Neville was able to source people that could provide us with the necessary information, and that information was critical in launching the customer into a new market. Without Masterminds incredible help, we probably would not have been successful in undertaking all the above mentioned tasks. They have been invaluable to us as colleagues and advisors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their business.

We started dealing with Neville Pokroy from Mastermind Solutions Inc. in late 2011 when he assisted us in the development and implementation of a Strategic Marketing Plan. I am typically skeptical about consultants but Neville is one of the best consultants I have ever dealt with. Neville is very analytical and can quickly get to the root of issues within any business. In our case, while we originally brought Neville in to assist in the development of our Marketing plan, we soon realized we first needed to clarify our overall business strategy as a company and ensure all partners were on the same page. What I particularly like about Neville is he calls it the way he sees it and does not play up to the decision makers. I would strongly recommend Neville and Mastermind to anyone.
