Auto turn off water kettle doesn't turn off. Steam exits the handle where one would lift the kettle. Use Hamilton Beach contact us on their website , error. Call Hamilton Beach, hangs up. Newer brands like Cosori are better built, less money , healthier - air fryer no BPA, PFOA . No BPA... in about 3 air fryers, Hamilton Beach family isn't one.

I recieved a Hamilton Beach electric pasta make for Christmas dec.2022 . The mixing bowl is plastic used it 1 time. The bowl on it where the dough comes out is all cracked up and broke. So I contacted Hamilton Beach, and after 8 emails , multiple pics.(bc you can't call them you have to email them!!!) They WILL NOT REPLACE the bowl because it was bought on ebay!! Mind you it was brand new. Ebay said it was under warranty for 1 year through hamilton beach !!!No that is faults advertisement! Hamilton Beach sent me a 15% coupon to buy another one!!!! No thank you! I will never from hamilyon beach nor will I buy from ebay!!!! Do not buy this it will not last!

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Hamilton Beach! I received a bread machine for Christmas a few years back, it broke a few weeks ago, I contacted Hamilton Beach customer service by email and with zero hassle they replaced my machine. Will definitely purchase Hamilton Beach from now on!

The best small appliance warranty out there. Had an issue with our iron and after a couple back and forth emails, they sent a replacement at no charge. We will only buy HB appliances from now on!
