As a small general contractor we performed a number of jobs for OHM Development in support of their needs. We worked during holidays and weekends to meet their deadlines. Despite our completion of the work and their successful municipal inspections, after 6 months we have still not been paid. In total we have over $5800. in outstanding invoices with them. We want other contractors to be aware of this so they to do not find themselves chasing these people for their deserved compensation.

I give 0 stars. OHM owes us 50K deposit for a preconstuction project we signed up for back in Oct 2016. Since the government didnt approve of the detached home we signed up for, we decided to withdraw from the deal and they promised to give our deposit back. We kept asking them about our deposit several times in 2017 and got a lot of excuses from them. We received a letter from them May 2018 stating they were working out their finances and would give us back our deposit by Aug 2018. Promise broken. Since Sept 2018, we have been calling their office (no one picks up), driving to their office (it is always closed during normal business hours), e-mailed them and got a reply once stating they would work something out for us. But promise broken again. Now, we cant get a hold of anyone at their company! Extremely disappointing. I decided to write this review so that no one else becomes victims like us. We feel scammed and frustrated about our loss of money and losing hope that we can get it back from them. Stay far far away from OHM Developments!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY ARE DONE BY FAKE ACCOUNTS CREATE BY THEIR MARKETING TEAM TO AVOID THE LOW RATINGS. On my personal experience I can say That OHM is a scamming business I have never experienced something so frustrating in my life I dont know how the government allows company like this one to be in the market. I started a lawsuit against this company they sold me a property in stouffville to which they did not have permits to sell because they did not have construction permits they are scammers stay away from them
