I wish I could give this clinic zero stars! Very unprofessional nurse and doctor! They dont know how to talk to a patient, very rude!

Very difficult to get through on the phone to book an appointment (for a procedure referral from my doctor). Situation made very confusing by a defensive receptionist who insisted that I could not book with them unless I was an existing patient of theirs. Made decision not to book with this clinic based on this interaction.

Had an appointment with a new GP at this clinic. I called over the weekend to cancel/reschedule as I was unable to make the original appointment. Since I never heard back, I called to make sure they received my messsge. Was advised by a rude staff member that I missed my appointment and in order to rebook I would be charged $80. They said they never received my message and they dont do call-outs to patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. Not very professional and not a very good 1st impression. I will not be rebooking with this clinic and will look for another GP in Markham.

Looking for a new clinic? Or a new family doctor???? This is not the one you want to be in, worst receptionist and worst resident doctors you could find. Please read other reviews before you book an appointment to enlighten you. Its unfortunatethat google has 1 star coz if I am to ask I would give them 0 star. Receptionist is so unprofessional, the way they handle customer. Oh my GOSH , receptionist are way rude .. please read some more reviews. And this is true review of the experience my family and I went thru this clinic. I had miscarriage no one in the clinic showed empathy. I experienced being discriminated here. Their new Doctors are same way except for dr homer. If ur looking for a family doctor this not the clinic for you. Joanne and Katherine is not the receptionist you want to speak with. Unhelpful and rude, Do not have the patience. I was able to find a new family doctor and she is far far amazing. Please help yourself and find a clinic that will take care of you.
