Been seeing Dr. Um since he first came to the clinic. He saved my husbands life and he saved my 2 week old grand daughter life literally. He knocked on my daughters door and told her to get to sick kids. He had a team of specialists waiting at sick kids within 12 hours and his actions are forever grateful. His swift and dedication to reading labs saved her! Literally. We owe him so much.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Um is negligent and uncaring. How in the world he continues to practice is beyond me. There are so many excellent doctors in Markham, but they are all at capacity. Take your chances with any walk-in clinic over being a patient of this quack. Anger management issues, on top of denying theres anything wrong with you. I have talked to other patients within the community, and he says the same to them.

Felt borderline neglected in the way Dr. Um handled my mom's care. We never received a phone back when her health was declining after he had previously reassured me by saying "call my clinic if she is feeling worse". Ended up having to take her to emerge where the doctor there handled everything very professionally and felt compelled to apologize on his behalf for not taking her deteriorating condition seriously.

Unprofessional... Walked out of a blood test appointment because he refused to help and has anger management issues... How did this guy get cerified?
