        Dr Caturay is a great doctor but the assistents/desk secretary young fellow treat him like an unreachable God , #no #empathy no understanding, #lazy, #uncooperative, no help AT ALL tired of it , it is exhausting deal with them and make your health worsen canadian health system is a HUGE fail

        The receptionist behaves like shes the doctor. Its been 2 years Dr G is my family doctor and every we need to see him hes not available or available 2 weeks later by then the medical problem is resolved. Recently we tested positive and wanted something for severe throat pain, the receptionist said doctor wont recommend anything and SHE RECOMMENDS not seeing the doctor!! Not sure if theyre running a clinic or a joke!

        My doctor has his office here! I live in Gravenhurst now, but have kept my doctor because there is a shortage of doctors up north. Plus Dr Gorman is a good doctor.
