        Booked an appointment for 3:30. Receptionist told me to take a seat and wait to be called. I wait nearly an hour to be seen. at this point I was frustrated because I booked an appointment for 3:30 and didnt get seen until 4:25. I called the doctor out and asked for an explanation, she told me off saying my behaviour isnt acceptable and banned me from this clinic. Would give 0 stars if I could.

        I would give this clinic zero star if I could. Receptionists are lazy. When they dont know what to do, they just tell you they cant do it. The culture in this clinic is really bad, whether front desk staffs or the doctor I had seen. Would never recommend. I chose this clinic in the beginning because it was close to home.
