Extremely Bad . Never hired this company. Her name is Josie (aka Josephine Rosso) Not knowledgeable at all . She is nothing but con-artist. Do NOT HIRE them. She takes the money run away and terminates contracts

HORRIBLE!....One of Many words I use to describe Josie and her company named BDP EMPRESS CONTRACTORS or goes by BDP EMPRESS FLOORS STAIRS PLUS Everything you read here that is negative and explains how horrible the experience is, is the best way to describe things. She is full of excuses and empty promises. No one hardly ever shows up let alone on time, the workmenship was unfinished and a waste on my $5000! We I hired her company to re-finish our hardwood floors, install new oak stairs, posts and railings. The floors came out great because 2 men outside of her company came in to do the job BUT SHE installed the stairs claiming to know what she was doing because the person she originally hired to do the job never showed up. She is very sneaky and advised me not to speak to the workers while they work. I didn't listen to her. After speaking to them, they informed me of how unprofessional she is! Please! Please! Please! DO NOT hire her. If anything..Run Away. She does not know what she is doing and shame on me for not researching her enough prior to the renovation. This is a lesson I have learned and I am taking with me through all my future home renovations. We needed to hire another contractor to finish and clean up the mess and the unfinished work. She made our lives MISERABLE for 2 weeks. I am here to make a statement to maybe avoid and prevent another innocent person from going through this. Needless to say, the Better Business Bureau has several cases against her giving her ratings of an "F" for Failure. We did have a contract that stated the work would be done in 2 weeks but by the end of the contract date, she was only 20% done which is why we needed to choose another avenue to finish the work. She is con-artist and very sweet talker. DO NOT HIRE HER. She goes by different names different address.
