I wouldn't recommend this company, they don't honour the warranty and never come back to do any repairs. I called them at least on 6 occasions and they always say someone will come to do the repairs, but they lie and they hope you will eventually give up. Don't recommend.

I regret doing work with this company, looked okay initially but their work was horrible and multiple contractors told me they did not do a proper job when i called them to fix their original mess. Warranty is non existent cause they will ghost you. I referred my friend to them the first year and they tried to start a fight with him when he wanted them to finish the work he paid them for, I do not understand how this company is in business.

Please do NOT TRUST Foti please. Once he get his commission you're doomed. Foti doesn't respect his customers once you have signed the contract and he gets the deposit. Foti is a very nice person when he is looking for you to sign after that he does not CARE. I have my front yard done and the steps Loctite installed have rust stain appears after 1 week. I have called, text and email and five weeks after still no reply. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Had a man by the name of Joe turn up to the house offering a free quote on an interlocking driveway for our home, he did his measurements and told us he'd be back in a few days to give us our quote. Sure enough, two days later, Joe showed up with a quote of $3200. We agreed to the price, signed the contract, and paid a deposit of 10% ($320) down for the service. Later that evening, Joe called to tell us that he'd misquoted and the new price he was going to charge was an additional $1000! It felt a bit shady, so we took a look online at the reviews (which we should have done beforehand) and they were all of people being extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work, bad customer service, and theft! We called Joe back and told him that we were not happy about the misquote, we would be taking our business elsewhere, and would like our deposit back for the original quote. Joe agreed to come back to our home and pay back the money, but hoped that we would reconsider. When Joe turned up at the house, he spoke to my us about giving their company a chance to change the bad reviews of the past and even offered to do the work at the cost he'd originally quoted. We decline having seen the reviews and Joe told us that he only had $100 in cash on him and he'd need to come back the following Monday (September 23rd, 2019) with the remaining $220. It is now the following Tuesday (September 24th, 2019), Joe did not turn up to return our down payment, and when we called his number there was no answer. We called the company number on their receipt and spoke to a man named Greg who tried to convince us to give them a chance to do the work at the originally quoted price, and when we refused again we were told that Joe's gesture of giving back $100 of the payment was generous and came from his own pocket, because the deposit we paid had already been put into his (Greg's) bank account. When we continued to refuse, Greg said that they would not be refunding us the money he'd put in his account because we signed a contract and we were the one's leaving it. And that was it! It was our mistake for not looking at reviews before agreeing to have work done, so we will cop the $220 loss. I hope this experience can help someone else who is considering having LocTite do work on their property. Do you research and find someone else! This is a dishonest and dishonourable company who will give you their word, shake you hand, and then take what they can from you. THEY DESERVE LESS THAN ONE STAR!!
