        They had a lot of variety of frozen foods (fish balls, skewered squid, shrimp, abalone and more). Lady who helped me spoke very good English and Cantonese so its definitely good if you only speak English. She was very friendly and helped give me a lot of different suggestions on what to buy and how to cook them. Will be back!
