        Have used these beds for years, but the most recent 3 have fallen apart after 6months. They refused to honor their lifetime warranty and then opted out of giving free shipping during an order of free shipping promo. Pretty disappointed with them, they are not worth the effort, time or money.

        All I can say is I LOVE this bed. I purchased the XXL Oblong bed for my Irish Wolfhound, bouvier and Italian water dog. They all love it, and theres plenty of room to spare for our IWH to grow and remain comfortable. They love to snuggle so this bed is perfect for the three of them. Expensive, but incredibly good quality and seems super durable. Very very highly recommend to large breed dog owners.

I had some questions about how to unfold to wash them, made a call and they were super helpful answering my questions. Great experience and happy with my purchase.
