        Horrible experience with Direct Buy. Been waiting 4 months for kitchen appliance set. Really bad communication and no follow up. Stay away, they don't value their customers.

        I am so done with Direct Buy. I strongly recommend to do your own homework and shop elsewhere. They offer seasonal "Inspired" catalogues for members with additional discounts and then turn around and say "this product is not available through Direct Buy at this time!" This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd disappointment with trying to purchase through something in the last 3 years but it is most certainly the last. It is getting progressively worse since online. Long standing member of 17yrs we will no longer be. Thanks for NOTHING!
