Velago Patio Furniture

I bought a circular sectional from them two week ago and loving the furniture. When it came for it to be delivered, i was informed that i paid for the side walk delivery which i have never heard of before. After explaining to them that i have no way of getting it indoor, Julie advised she will take take of it and not to worry. The furniture was delivered indoors and set up. This was beyond the services they will normally provide and it was very appreciated. They have the best customer service I've have ever received, the delivery guys were cautious, helpful, polite and professional. Julie is the very best.

Patio furniture was much above my expectations and my experience at the retail location was awesome. My only advice is PAY FOR DELIVERY! Even though I found where I was going eventually and everyone was very kind it was a little tricky to navigate so I would suggest paying the money for delivery. Its worth it attached is the amazing patio set I purchased for my balcony. (Cat not included)

Second set of Patio furniture I have ordered and I am in love with it :) Can't beat the Customer Service.. I feel like I "know" them and Julie is amazing. I get to own the furniture I reckon movie stars do.. everyone who comes over swoons. We purchased the white CAPRIASCA.. grey cushions, it is a show stopper. :) Thanks again for everything. I would leave 8 stars if I could!

We love our Riva set, its perfect for our family of 5 and a few guests. The kids are really enjoying it too. And on days when we could use a little shade, our Sari umbrella is perfect.
