The Emergence Service is good and much faster than before. But the follow up service is not good, the registration process is quite confusing as a very senior volunteer assigned to help customer caused some confusing and guys sitting behind the registration desk were very cold / unfriendly !

Watch out for the core supervisor in the lab, her name is Nita Mehta. I do not know how she is authorized to work in healthcare. I believe a thorough investigation should be done by the Ministry of Labour with regards to her actions. What I witnessed by her was very, very, very concerning. I believe if you ask her employees who work in the lab, they could also comment to her concerning behaviour. Having her employed at Markham stouffville is a threat to everyone.

This is the best hospital in Ontario. I dont care what anyone says. From the triage nurse to the nurse who took my ECG, to the ER doctor who took the time to listen to everything carefully and ask the right questions. Because of this hospital I was given answers but I was treated humanely as well. My only complaint is that took took hours to get a CT scan but it was late at night and even that is understandable.
