The man who answered my phone today was very rude. He hung up on me without answering. If you don't want anyone to ask you if you are B Beauty Shop, you should talk to them and ask them to edit or remove the location information from the official website. Not everyone knows who you are.

I'm sure this place is good but having visted the Pacific Mall location I was greeted by the female employee who made all the effort to help us with our inquiries while we looked through the place. My sister asked the man behind the counter a question because she was curious what the sea cucumber does for health benefits or how to cook or use it and we were immediately snapped at with a rude response as if he was insulted we asked him a question like we were bugging him. Im sure he must have been the owner but to respond to customers in such a manner is to shoot yourself in your own foot. He obviously has never seen people of different cultures before when he stepped off the plane. We shop downtown all the time for chinese herbs and teas and we were never treated like this before. 5 stars because the lady treated us like everyone else... 1star for the man who acted disrespectful. (2 Stars because not everyone else employed there acts disrespectful)
