Good place for seminars with equipments uptodate. Some seminar rooms for hundreds of people should have a larger lobby.

Terrible new management. I stayed here for 7 months a few years back. In that time i spent over $50,000 on accomodations. Tonight, im looking to arrange another long-term stay and they're sending me out in the rain because of a minor clerical issue. Im a long-term guest of Hilton, never have i been treated this way.. All the while, they have a 20 room surplus. Theyre willing to throw me out and lose another longterm stay. Quite ridiculous. They didnt even ask my name or look me up in the system. They did nothing to try and find a solution to keeping my business. Ill be filing a complaint with head office. This new manager clearly doesnt know what she's doing. Im on my way downtown now to give my business elsewhere. Ill never stay at this Hilton again until they change their management. I dont care about stupid policy.. when you have a good customer, you're supposed to resolve whatever issues.. she must not have graduated hospitality course, because she was everything BUT hospitable. Clearly my patronage is not valued.
