I like to use Alpha for all Calibration needs. Alpha is my 1st go to site as Alpha offers personalized service. Sale and service work completed for Trillium Health Care, Jamie and Lauren have been my contacts. Now with Jamie's departure I will contact Slava for service inquires unless directed differently. In the past Trillium has used different service providers however it is my opinion single source simplifies and is more effective. I even use Alpha even though some items are sent to 3rd party through Alpha. Other vendors all inquiries are electronic only and no personalized service. Keep up the great work
