        lack of responsibility and just wanted to get the commission and work done quickly without consider client's interest. Lazy work and unprofessional manners. they sold your property low price and didn't show up at the property place for their jobs. Seller has to act like the real estate agent to do their works . these two old couples agents done the deal and retired it quickly . Very bad agents ( Philip and Cecilia Ching) . Please look at their bad reviews everywhere hong kong style shame
