Bad experience trying to make payments. Long wait times to get phone service. Instances for policy broker making mistakes on my information

HUB international has been my broker for my personal home/auto insurance for almost 10 years. They were amazing to deal with for the first few years.... HOWEVER - Nowadays calling in to make any changes, simple inquiries, and new quotes for new vehicles is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Called into the main line, and being put into the que for the customer service team (or whatever they are called). They have a great option available to keep your place in line, and have someone call back when your turn comes up...... got a callback about 40 min later. Phone rang 3 times, and when I picked up... the person had hung up. So had to callback in and was put back in the que and repeat the process. Around 30 min this time, someone left a voice message... my phone didn't even ring(not HUBs fault. Called back main line yet again, and this time the receptionist couldn't even hold back her laugh as she put me back into the que for the 3rd time. I chose to wait in the que rather than risking someone calling back to being hung up on again. I waited for over an hour for something that took literally 2 minutes to complete. Considering all the different ways we have available to communicate, they have the worst system in place. Time is money..... I will not be giving you mine anymore.

The service from this brokerage has steadily gone downhill over the last few years. They don't communicate changes to account managers so I never know who's managing my account - and I've had about 4-5 different ones in the last 4 years. It seems like you can't actually get to speak with a live person when you call now, just various voicemail boxes or their online submission form. When I was purchasing my house I submitted a request through the online form weeks in advance, no one responded and after several follow-ups when I finally got in touch with someone, she was quite condescending implying I waited until last minute.
