I have been with this company for almost 3 years. I really dont know what happened to them, I have requested to renew my auto insurance and I waiting to get this done for more than a month. My renewal date passed and still didnt get the auto insurance. This company make drive the car without insurance????? This is not professional at all.

Unprofessional staff, had the worst experience with them, Rupinder Kaur , one of their staff members have no knowledge of what she is talking about, she couldn't answer my questions instead was very rude and unprofessional, she cuts the calls when she doesn't have an answer to a question, definitely isn't experienced enough to work as a customer representative.

Ryan Sikorski is top notch! Ive been dealing with him for several years now and always recommend him to family and friends that are shopping around for a new policy. He takes the time to compare my current policy to the new policy to make sure the coverage is the same before switching. When I have any questions about my policy Ryan is very prompt with a reply. If youre frustrated with your current broker or policy its worth a call to Ryan. 5 customer service!
