I wish i could give this zero stars. I bought a saber last year and everything worked great until the speaker blew, sent it in was covered under warranty, great. Get the saber back use it for duels for one month the one battery dies. Ive been trying to get them to resolve the issue with the lemon of a saber they sold me , Ive sent well over 10 emails and many time the same emails trying to get a response from someone i finally got a email from Ana and she gave me the most obvious diagnosis process of check the batteries voltage and said are they charged? I of course did my due diligence prior to sending emails in attempt to sort my saber for the second time, and yet I'm still waiting on a reply its been 3 weeks since i got an email back. Ultrasabers has awful customer support.
