Met the most knowledgable salesperson today at the Markville QE Home when looking to purchase a set of duvet and accessories! Ivy was amazingly knowledgable in her products and in her field! We went in with our issues with what we are using at home and what we are looking for, Ivey was able to pick-up immediately what we were talking about and asked a set of to the point questions to assist in what we ultimately purchased. Definitely a professional. All facts and information for us to decide what we wanted without the push. We exited the store with what we wanted and was definitely happy with the process and service received along the way.
