I absolutely agree with the previous comment from Maggie Chen, stating 5 stars for RMT massage and 0 star for the receptionist (However, receptionist at the Hwy 7 location is great!) Thus, 3 star overall. The massage was very effective but the receptionist was pushy, annoying and unclassy. Maybe that's her personality but it makes customers feel unwelcoming. She needs to tone it down and not be those old, typical Chinese sales.

RMT service is really great here, the therapist was really good and addressed the sore/pain area thoroughly. I live in Markham so it's very convenient for me.

Clean and extremely friendly & helpful reception ~ Polly. Most massage therapist were good, only downside is some kept talking to you and defeats the purpose of having a massage
