        Never got to actually experience it. Booked online and received an email confirmation; when I showed up they had no record, despite showing them the confirmation. The gentleman seemed apologetic but they need to get there booking system in order; was unfortunately for me time not well spent. It is on the 2nd floor of a commercial building; not exactly the most welcoming atmosphere.

        Owing to Covid 19, only one therapist is available. Although I would prefer a woman therapist, I don't have a problem having a male therapist. Male therapists get the same training as female ones but normally don't get as many patients. The owner a RMT is professional and does a good job.
