My Dr is fantastic. Not only is she empathetic and kind, but she listens to all of my concerns intently and with compassion. Her notes were sent to my family Dr before I even left the office. Very efficient! My appointments are always on right on time and if by chance they are running behind, they apologize profusely. I'll never go anywhere else for my Rheumatology care.

My first visit to see Dr. Amlani was excellent. The reason for my visit was not a well known issue and he took the time to research it and made me feel so comfortable. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I left feeling heard and hopeful. Thanks so much!

I had an appointment with Dr. Amlani this week for the first time. To be 100 percent honest, I did not have high expectations since I'm American and I haven't had the best customer service at doctors offices since I've moved to Canada compared to what I've experienced in the states. However I was pleasantly surprised. First, the lady who went through my complete medical history was very polite, thorough, and extremely empathetic. Then, doctor Amlani gave me a steroid shot in my knee and tried to drain my knee. He also is sending me for an MRI on my foot. I was so afraid prior to the visit that I would just be sent for more tests , but I was so glad he gave me the shot right away. Soon after leaving the office , I felt I could actually bend my knee which I have not been able to do in 15 years! He told me it was going to be 30 dollars but hell, I would have paid a grand to feel this good! I'm very grateful that I finally went to see a rheumatologist and I highly recommend this office to anyone suffering in pain!

I have never had a better doctor experience than this one. Dr. Ruban was so clear and succinct, pointing out the specific problem areas and what I could do to address them. I didn't want to come at first because my family doctor wasn't making me feel heard. ( I wanted to be referred to physio) i didn't think rheumatology would solve the problem. To be honest, i was feeling hopeless about the doctor route, and started learning information on my own. But she addressed the issues, confirmed my suspicions of hyperextension, and had so much information to give me. She answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I even asked to record the session because of it's amount of information I was getting. Knowledge is power, and for suffering pain my entire life and finally getting to the root of the problem is a godsend. The assistant, Rika (hope i spelt it right) was also great. Made me feel heard and we had great convo. Thank you to the team. Parking is slightly hard to find so just make sure you read the email beforehand and figure out your route. Also I was glad I planned more time to get there, as I was still slightly late.
