They make it impossible to get a flu shot for a 1-year old. I guess they haven't heard about how hospitals are being crowded with sick babies this year Edit for the reply: All online appointments are fully booked. We called to book the one year check-up for the first week of December and asked if the flu shot could be given then as well. They said no. They are only giving flu shots during this one week period. Again they make it inconvenient/impossible to do the right thing.

Too many things fall through the cracks unless you follow up yourself. I had a CT scan and was still waiting one week later for the results which the doctor would have received within two days of the scan. No phone call. I had to phone to ask the doctor to review my results and call me with results. When you're being screened for cancer, you should not have to be the one to follow up with the doctor to find out your results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jangs for several years now. I am grateful for everything he has done for me and my family. Dr Jang is a great listener, he always gets down to the bottom of things and if further exams/treatment is needed he will refer to a specialist. And he always sees me on time. The staff is also great. They accommodate my needs, always get back to me in a timely fashion and are very pleasant to deal with. Great practice!
