Very disorganized. Had a telephone appointment for my mom. At the end, an appointment for another phone call was scheduled for a week later. The time of appointment rolls around and no call which I had taken the day off work for costing me a days pay. Crickets for a week. An appointment pops up in the patient portal no phone call to arrange it nothing. So I call and tell them thats not a good day and rebook for a day when Im scheduled off work. Low and behold they call while at work on the day and time that first popped up and not the rescheduled day. Total lack of organization and communication totally unprofessional. Doesnt give me much faith

I have had it with the receptionist here. The older woman ALWAYS gives me attitude, i had double booked for next monday, i advised that i couldn't make the appointment and asked to have it scheduled for a phone call. Well the receptionist starts telling me how the dr is booked until November. So I politely explained to her that I didn't appreciate the snarky and unprofessional tone and I cancelled. I will not be going back. People that work in these fields should never make you feel bad and she did.

You wait forever to hear the same thing week after week. No choice but to come here but completely inefficient system.

The receptionist and front desk staff are nice. Carol, the dieticians and the registered nurses are very nice and caring. However, Dr. Kogan is complete opposite. I've seen her in person once, and had to wait 1.5 hours after meeting with the nurses to see her. Seeing her was only a 10 minute appointment. She wasn't mean or cold as others have put it on RateMD, but she was quite dismissive. My appointment today was scheduled for 9:30 on zoom, an virtual meeting... Nurses were "on time" and we met at 9:45 which was a 10 minute phone call. But now it's 11:22 AM and I have not seen Dr. Kogan yet. Dr. Kogan has zero regard or respect to anybody's time - her time is the only important one. Reading the reviews on RateMD is consistent. Even if you're a lawyer, accountant, another doctor, nurse, in finance, or anyone in the "high professions" she has 0 regard for your time - it's HIGHLY disrespectful. I asked the nurses how long until I'd see her as I was supposed to have a work meeting at 11:00 AM and they said I should've blocked out the day for the appointment and it's for my health. No, the email states to allot 1-2 hour time. It's just plain disrespectful. Other doctors may be late but will never be this late or treat patients like peasants and at least be respectful/punctual!!!
