Waste of time, very unprofessional and rude staff .. not sure why do they accept new patients when the doctors are so busy and their all time suggestion is to take patients to the emergency hospital. I had called them almost 10 times but didnt get the appointment for one single time

I really dont like to give negative reviews but honestly had a really bad experience with dr.khan at this clinic. He diagnosed my father with a condition and refused to give further information and told us to google the diet he needs to take. This was extremely unprofessional. All he did was scaring him about his condition and not telling the measures he need to take to prevent progression of the disease. Highly disappointed by the visit.

Dr Rahman was my husbands family doctor and my husband was an alcoholic. Dr. Rahman did many circles of treatment for him but last time he didnt care about my husband that my husband died with depression/ mental unstableness. My husband was declined his health front of our eyes and he was stubborn not to go hospital for help, he was scared about injections and IV. I called ambulance, he refused to go, I called his friends, family and well wishers to help him to medical care but he didnt move from his room. Then I felt the urge to bring him to hospital somehow so I called the police and explain the situation. They told me to fill FORM 1 by the family doctor to get him hospital. I made appointment on my husband name and I asked my husband go with me to Dr. Rahman, he didnt or I couldnt. Then I went to myself to the appointment and Dr Rahman was listen my consern that I Shaw him the video clips and photos of my husbands situation. But Dr. Rahman didnt give me the form that he told me my husband is not threatening himself or anyone so without his consent he cant do nothing. Dr also advised me whatever I went through is enough and find another husband myself but he ordered Nurse and personal care worker but nobody reach my husband until he died. I dont get it if someone not in their state then leave them until died?? Even not a humanitarian base ?? Now I lost my husband and moreover my 13 years old daughter lost her father forever I really cant accept this Dr. Rahman would help me and my family now he cant give my daughters father at all. Dr should feel guilty that he didnt help a human. If he filled the form nobody is going to put the Dr in jail but my daughter and I are forever sarrow and jail . Please Dr dont do this to any other person in your life. Just help them whatever they ask and support them

This place should be shut down. What a waste of time. Took our baby here from a referral from the hospital to see Dr. Hamid. I would not trust this doctor for a minute. He didnt seem to care at all and made smart remarks. Facilities, Competency, Professionalism and Practice are way below standard. Will never go back here again. Find another clinic if you want to live.

Confirm appointment 3 time before visit clinic when reach there doctor not in clinic on that day what a westing of time waiting for b12 shots for one month to get appointment so please find other family doctor here poor front desk service
