​Amazing Grace Bilingual Montessori Preschool

The male staff or owner was very unprofessional. We contacted the staff about their summer camp availability. We never heard back after a week. So we called them to follow up. Then he said he is already very busy and basically complaining that we're wasting his time and preventing him from doing his work. As a customer, this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. I do not trust people like this to teach my kid anything.

Staff is not professional. Having just a name of Montessori is not enough. Kids should get treated according to the Montessori style of learning. Son was enrolled there told same thing from beginning till the end teachers were not nice. Once he came back with wet pants they didn't even change. Learning and activities time is very less. Mostly kids stay in their play area. He has started his JK already eventhough he doesn't want to go school coz he is little wants to stay with Mama which is also getting better. But always praise about his teachers. I was waiting his response in school so I could write my honest review. I have seen his progress through professional teachers in school. So the difference is clear enough to write.

My review is baseed on the response of the owner to the mother of a special needs child who gave one star. As a mother of children that schools consider "easy", I realize how difficult finding the right fit for a special needs child must be. The mother gave her honest review and the owner's response was less than professional, borderline mean. As she so eloquently put, the kid is mute but I'm sure he can communicate with his mom. Plus receiving fruits baskets mean absolutely nothing, it's merely a courtesy gesture. I am not saying that the school is bad but based on that less than sensitive response I have decided not to give the school a shot and found another Montessori for my 2 year old. Please allow me to give you an advice: while being annoyed by a comment is completely normal, sometimes taking a step back before responding is the best option.
