I always have a positive experience with Northwood Mortgage. Joe Fenik and Mark da Silva both helped and supported us on our 2nd mortgage. They're both knowledgeable and very professional. They always followed up with emails, calls, texts and even met Mark in person for signing. They gave advices that will help us with managing our finances/debts. Natalie has been assisting my partner and I with our mortgage needs for the past four years after we purchased a home in Collingwood but were unable to sell our condo in Richmond Hill. The market had stalled and lenders were not eager to take us on despite stellar credit scores. Natalie was able to save the day for us. Fast forward to this year, 2023, with one year remaining on our existing mortgage we sold the Collingwood home and purchased another home in Wasaga Beach.
