Its my 2nd visit. The lady at the front desk is very helpful, she introduced me to choose the right size of bubble cushion which saves more for family moving pack. The boss Mark is very nice and honest, he is always trying to provide you the most efficient products for moving. Best products with best price. I would quite willing to recommend others to buy packaging materials to Easy Pack.

Because of the lady Lynette who works at the front, this place has the worst customer service ever. Rude and disrespectful attitude. Even though they have reasonable pricing for their products, because of the horrible customer service this lady provides, we won't be coming back again. The place closes at 4pm, call in to place an order for pick up around 3:30pm (we were nearby), the lady just brushes us off, doesn't let us finish talking and says NO. You are not even closed yet! Why do you not take business when customers give you business? I highly do not recommend purchasing from here because you will get frustrated with this lady. There are other better places that provides much better customer service, at least I'll feel better about spending my money at another company who cares about their customers. HORRIBLE!! To the owner, please hire another receptionist who will care about your business!
