UPDATE: To respond to your comment, SERIOUSLY? After repeatedly ignoring my emails, not being uncooperative and acting unethically, you have the audacity to say this is not the right format to discuss our issues?! Shame on you. Your unhelpful responses is just going to make my case easier as I gather all the evidence against your lack of cooperation and poor communication during active litigation case in smalls claims court. I don't owe any payments to you. Original review: Currently going through the worst experience dealing with this firms paralegal, Mr. Sherwin Shams. I have been cooperating with this guy since my court process was initiated. He seems to not be in favour of working with ethics, has caused unnecessary delays in my court case spanning several months now, has the worst communication as he is still has not replied to emails sent WEEKS ago despite following up multiple times. In hindsight, this all seems as part of his deliberate strategy to waste our time and money. While being fully aware of the matter being disputed and it now being presented before the court, he proceeded to ignore our communication and instead decided to act unethically and in bad faith by putting derogatory remarks on my credit report which has significantly brought down my credit score. This has been a very poor and shallow act on behalf of Mr. Shams. His misconduct had has been reported to MPP, Consumer Protection Act, the small claims court, consumer protection, my MP, and will now get a complaint lodged against him to law society of Ontario for professional misconduct. I hope he feels that these consequences of him fooling around and playing games with others were well deserved

Take a look at Solomon Jones' responses to bad reviews and you'll be able to judge for yourselves whether they are the kind of people you want to do business with. You will find that their responses are dismissive, attempting to invalidate these reviews with the assertion that they are only a debtor or that this is not the proper forum to address their concerns. This is merely deflection and gainsaying on their part. And yes, they gleefully collect for a company that has gained an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau, over 400 complaints and inquiries with Consumer Protection Ontario, 38 charges brought against them under the Consumer Protection Act, and a place on MPBSD's Consumer Beware List: Ontario Green Savings. That they would defend themselves in upholding such a company ought to tell you the ethic they bring to the table. Response to owner's response: Wrong again. I don't owe any payments to you, but thank you for proving my point. I would think that a company who does collections would be more diligent in knowing who owes them money and who doesn't, especially when making such assertions on a public forum.

Great news for anyone receiving threatening letters from this firm's fraudster 'lawyers' Mr. Jones or Mr. Sherwin Scams , regarding Ontario Green Savings that has been ordered to seize by Ontario government, please do not be intimidated. First of all, you can easily represent yourself in a small claims court by simply sharing your truth this company deceived you into signing rental agreement while fraudulently claiming its a government rebate program. I fought these people and won. Small claim courts are well aware of this company and it's fraudulent and deceptive business practice's. You do not have to give these people a penny. They are simply relying on their threatening tactics to see who caves in just like their client that likes to LIE to consumers about their product offerings. Here is the best part, 'Foreman' law firm is currently launching a class action lawsuit against this company. If you still would like assistance, please do not hesitate to contact them. The have proven experience of fighting similar companies in the past and are knowing for fighting tooth and nail against criminal lawyers and companies. She is personally leading the campaign against air heads like Mr. Sherwin. Hope his mother is proud knowing how many threat letters he sends in a day to single moms trying to make ends meet, on behalf of companies that trick t into thousands of dollars of debt.
